『ＳＯＧＩハラとジェンダーハラスメント』
セクハラをはじめいろんなハラスメントがありますよね。マタハラ(マタニティハラスメント)、パワハラ(パワーハラスメント)、モラハラ(モラルハラスメント)、アルハラ(アルコールハラスメント)、アカハラ(アカデミックハラスメント)などなど、ハラハラ(ハラスメントハラスメント)なんてのもあるみたいです。
そんな中、ジェンダーハラスメントやＳＯＧＩハラ(ＳＯＧＩハラスメント)などもあるようです。
ＳＯＧＩハラは性的指向や性自認についてのことでいやがらせや、差別的発言や暴力、肉体的精神的嫌がらせのこと。
性的指向や性自認、性表現を理由に、職場や学校などで当人のアイデンティティを無視した不当な扱いやアウティングと呼ばれるバラシ行為などもＳＯＧＩハラに入るようです。
ＳＯＧＩという言葉を使ってるので、性的マイノリティやＬＧＢＴの人に限ってないのがミソですね。

次にジェンダーハラスメントは性別により社会的役割が分かれるという考えに基づくいやがらせ。
具体的に「男（女）のくせに」といった発言をする、男性だけに残業や力仕事をさせる、女性だけに給仕や雑用をさせるなどなど。
よく聞く、女性であることを理由に大きな仕事を任せてもらえなかったとか、男性職員用の更衣室がなくトイレが更衣室……とかもジェンダーハラスメントの可能性も。
また男らしさ、女らしさといった「男性性／女性性の強要」もこれにあたるようです。
広い括りではセクハラかもですし、ＳＯＧＩハラとかぶってる部分もなんだかありそうですが、ここらへんは細分化した方が分かりやすいのかなという印象です。
「男性性／女性性の強要」なんてのは子どもころも大人になった今でもよく目にしますね。
ひょっとした私自身、社会の波にのまれて言っちゃってるかもって思います。
これを書いていて思い出したのですが、少し前に「同性間のセクハラ」も問題視されましたね。
しつこく性風俗に誘ったり、性生活を根掘り葉掘り聞いたり、嫌がってるのに性的なものを見せたり、などなどがそれに当たるようですが、ＳＯＧＩハラやジェンダーハラスメント同様、あまり表に出てきづらい問題ですね。
できれば、だれもが性別や性的指向、性自認や性表現で差別的な扱いを受けることはなくなってほしいですが、今の社会現状課題が山積みなのかなって思います。
今回は性別や性的指向、性自認や性表現にかかるハラスメントをしょうかいしましたな、他のいろんなハラスメントのカテゴリーを見て「こんなに分ける必要ある？」って思ったこともありました。
でも、そうでないとそれがハラスメントだと気づけない人も多くいて、諸問題が埋もれやすいのだなと感じました。
そういえば、この記事の途中で｢同性間のセクハラ｣について、ちょこっと調べてたんですが、同性間でセクハラになりうることの項目の中に『裸踊りの強要』ってあったのを見てなんだか驚きました。
